Our 425 acre farm, Jacob Brook Farm, is located in scenic Lamoille County, Vermont---where there is something to see or do every season of the year.

We harvest annually a renewable supply of sap for making maple syrup while maintaining our commitment to sustainable forest management and wildlife habitat. 

Jacob Brook Farm is a certified Tree Farm and a Member of Northern Woodlands Association.

It was a Great Year!

Syrup had a wonderful flavor right down to the final boil on April 3rd.


What do sugarmakers do after the season is over?
